Quick shipping, good quality

Got the Scorch Marker Pro. It shipped fast. The pen works well. Happy with my purchase.

Good product, minor shipping issue

I ordered the Wood Burning Starter Kit a few weeks ago. The kit itself is great; the marker worked perfectly for some small signs I made, and the included heat gun was easy to use. I was able to get some pretty crisp lines. My only real complaint was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in California. Everything was packed well, though. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality and value for money, just wish delivery was a tad faster.

Decent first experience

I bought the Scorch Marker 3-Pack and a few Wood Slices for a crafting project. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. Shipping took about a week, which felt pretty standard. When the package arrived, everything was securely wrapped, and nothing was damaged. I used the markers on the wood slices, and they worked as described. The instructions on their website were clear, and I got a nice burn effect with my heat gun. I also tried the Maker's Magic Sealer on one piece, and it gave a good finish. I did have a question about how much heat to apply, and their online chat was quick to respond with a useful tip. It's a solid product for anyone wanting to try wood burning without a traditional tool.

Loved the Scorch Paint

I finally tried Scorch Paint and it was pretty cool! I've been wanting to try wood burning but didn't want to mess with a traditional pen. This stuff was easy to apply and then just used my heat gun. It came out looking really good on the bamboo coasters I bought from them. Made some gifts and they loved them. Will probably grab some more when I run out.
